Project Description:
We conducted a comprehensive analysis of Ningbo (China), including market analysis, PEST analysis, brand analysis, consumer analysis, and SWOT analysis. Based on our findings, we planned seven multimedia events. For example, we combined Ningbo’s traditional Ninghai Pingdiao opera with contemporary rap culture, creating a rap song that embodies the spirit of Ningbo, blending heritage with modern trends through multimedia formats. Additionally, we launched a perfume pop-up event inspired by Ningbo’s city flower and spirit, promoting the city's identity both online and offline.
We also developed detailed event execution plans, including product packaging design. Furthermore, we conducted media strategy analysis and provided an advertising budget proposal. The overall design of our plan reflects Ningbo’s historical evolution, with the cover featuring the city's different names across various historical periods. Our goal is to present this proposal in a way that combines tourism, engagement, and practicality.
