A young woman seeking an abortion encounters a mysterious figure in the forest, selling blood.

This short film is inspired by a recent event on Wall Street, where an artist sells his blood to draw attention to war and injustice. Since the overturning of Roe v. Wade, I’ve wanted to tell a story about women and abortion.

In this film, blood serves as a symbol of abortion—whether from women, babies, or men. The amount of blood reflects both the duration of pregnancy and the state of abortion laws in the U.S. If a young woman unexpectedly becomes pregnant, what choices does she have under legal and financial pressure? Who will she encounter? Can she find her way back and remain the bright, hopeful person she was meant to be?
